Strategy Workshops and Innovation Workshops - what customers say

"Already the preparation before the workshop was impressive. Through this intensive contracting and the right questions to ask Florian Rustler was able to prepare a successful 2-day’s workshop. Also during the workshop he managed through and excellent facilitation to “get the group going”. When we saw the solutions in the end of the workshop it became clear to us why it was so important to take enough time to really clarify the problem before the workshop."

Alexandra Schömmer Project Leader HR
MTU AeroEngines GmbH, Munich

"In an intensive three day workshop, with the help of Florian Rustler and his creativity toolkit we were able to develop several truly new ideas for a challenging product request.
Particularly helpful was the strong focus on problem definition in the first half of the workshop. This helped us to align the participants from different functions, and provided a solid basis for efficient idea generation and evaluation.
All in all, our expectations were fully met, and we consider working with creaffective again.
"

Dr. Falk Herrmann,
VP Engineering Asia-Pacific,
Bosch Power Tools (China)

"The new approach to known problems and especially the development of creative solutions have convinced me.Florian Rustler gives a fresh impetus in every phase of the workshop to create new solutions. The implementation of the solutions developed in the workshop already shows positive effects."

Udo Mager, CEO, City of Dortmund Economic Development Agency

"The creaffective methodology provides a safe framework to get to sound results. Especially interesting was to discover that behind the obvious problem lies the real problem that we then worked on in the workshop. In practice there is otherwise the risk to develop solutions for problems that don't exist."

Andreas Cludius,
Abteilungsleiter Grundsatzfragen/ Operational Service Mittelstand, BayernLB

"The most fascinating was how we quickly developed new approaches to a known problem and worked out the specific steps to solve the problem."

Dr. Philip Scherenberg,CEO of Die Komplizen: Mentoring für Schüler gGmbH

"Thinking about a creativity workshop I first expected comfortably sitting around, relaxing and getting inspiration. Totally wrong! It can be a hard work but work that is a lot of fun. The creative process was steered in a way that all ideas could be included. Nevertheless we did not feel lost afterwards in a pile of ideas. We now know exactly which steps to take and when."
