Develop Solutions for your Challenges!

The Key Points:

In this moderated innovation workshop you will work with a preselected group of people giving ideas and input. The goal of the workshop is to quickly develop new and innovative solutions for a specific challenge that you have chosen.

Functioning as a facilitator, creaffective will lead the group according to the parameters that you have set. By using a systematic process of creative problem solving creaffective will help the to come to a solution for your problem which you will be able to implement.   

The workshop can be conducted in English, German and Mandarin Chinese.

What’s in it for you:

In a very short space of time you will be able you to clearly define your problem / challenge, to develop numerous ideas on how to deal with the problem or challenge and then, using these ideas as a starting point, to develop a realisable solution that gives you a real added value. 

Elements of the Innovation Workshop:

Before the innovation workshop:

  • Preconsult conversation with the client to predefine the challenge and to prepare the innovation workshop (approx. 3 hours).
  • Development of a workshop design by creaffective based on the results of the preconsult.
  • Preparation of all necessary information by the client based on the preconsult.

The day of the Innovation Workshop (duration 1 - 3 depending on topic):

  • Introduction to a systematic process or creative thinking and principles of creativity
  • Work on the client’s challenge
